Celem pracy jest przedstawienie regulacji zawartych w dyrektywie o zarządzających funduszami alternatywni oraz ukazanie, z jak wielkim zróżnicowaniem rynku i przepisów spotkał się ustawodawca wyznaczając nowe normy prawne. Pokazany został również proces legislacyjny, zarówno tworzenia pierwotnej dyrektywy, jak i transpozycji przepisów europejskich do polskiego systemu prawnego.
The aim of this master thesis is to present the regulations contained in the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and to show how the legislator has defined the new legal norms up against variety of markets and regulations. The legislative process has also been shown. Both the creation of the original directive and the transition of European legislation into the Polish legal system.
