The analysis of recruitment and selection process applied during employment procedures, on the basis of the procedures applied in CCC Capital Group

Cała praca zawiera trzy rozdziały. Rozdział pierwszy definiuje proces rekrutacji, wyróżnia jego cele i rodzaje, procedury, funkcje i alternatywy oraz opisuje selekcję. Rozdział drugi analizuje metody rekrutacji i metody selekcji oraz zawiera podsumowanie. Zadaniem jego jest pokazanie niektórych aktualnie stosowanych metod w dziedzinie rekrutacji pracowników. W trzecim rozdziale zawarto analizę procesu rekrutacji i selekcji na podstawie własnych badań przeprowadzonych na przykładzie grupy CCC. Celem pracy było omówienie procesu oraz metod rekrutacji i selekcji z odniesieniem ich do konkretnego przykładu firmy. Czyli pokazanie konkretnych metod, wyborów i rozwiązań stosowanych w realnych kontekstach praktyki gospodarczej. Do przeprowadzenia badania zastosowano kwestionariusz ankiety. Wykorzystano materiały źródłowe w postaci pozycji bibliograficznych książkowych i internetowych w ilości 44 oraz materiały własne z podsumowań przeprowadzonego badania. Badanie wykazało, że firmy podchodzą profesjonalnie do procesu rekrutacji i selekcji. Większość wymaganych przy tych procesach elementów w badanym podmiocie została zachowana.

The study has three chapters. The first chapter includes the definition of a recruitment process, provides its purposes and types, procedures, functions and alternative solutions, with inclusion of the procedures applied during the selection process. The second chapter presents the analysis of the recruitment process and selection methods, and includes also the summary. Its subjective is to show some currently applied methods used during the employment recruitment process. The third chapter presents the analysis of the recruitment and selection process based on the writer’s own survey conducted in CCC Group. Its purpose is to show real-time recruitment methods used and followed by real company operating in Polish market. Namely, showing the real methods, choices and solutions used in a real context of business practice. The survey was made basing on the questionnaire pooling survey, supported with 44 titles of the subject literature available both in book and digital form. Additional basis is the writer’s own conclusions obtained from the conducted survey. The survey shows that the recruitment and selection process is performed very professionally in the analyzed company. Most of the theoretically expected elements were proved to be taken into account by the company in question.
