Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie sposobów zarządzania edukacją kulturalną w placówkach oświatowych na szczeblu przedszkolnym i wczesnoszkolnym. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w kilku szkołach prowadzonych w modelu Sternik, których głównym celem jest wy-chowanie całościowe i nauczanie zgodne z antropologią chrześcijańską poprzez edukację zróżnicowaną. Podstawowym pytaniem badawczym jest pytanie o to, w jaki sposób respondenci opisują procesy zarządzania edukacją kulturalną, czym w ich wyobrażeniach i definicjach ona jest. W badaniach zostały wykorzystane techniki jakościowe takie jak wywiady nie-strukturalizowane, analiza tekstów takich jak statut, teksty zamieszczone na stronie internetowej placówki. Praca umiejscawia się w paradygmacie interpretatywnym, czerpiąc jednocześnie z bogactwa pragmatyzmu. Problematyka edukacji kulturalnej w placówkach oświatowych wpisuje się w dyscyplinę nauk o zarządzaniu w dziedzinie nauk humanistycznych w sposób automatyczny. Jej celem jest najwyższe dobro i rozwój człowieka, człowieka jako ja-ko twórcy i odbiorcy kultury. Temat edukacji kulturalnej przybiera na sile wraz ze zmianami społecznymi i technologicznymi, których jesteśmy świadkami. To mało zagospodarowany obszar działań twórczych i miejsce spieniężenia kolejnych przestrzeni kultury, potrzebujący dobrego i rzetelnego zarządzania.

The aim of this study is to examine the ways of the management of the cultural education in the educational institutions at pre-school and early years levels. The research was conducted in several schools run in the Sternik model whose main purpose is the holistic education and teaching according to the Christian anthropology through the diverse education. The main research issue is to find out how respondents describe management processes of the cultural education, how they define it and what they keep in their minds thinking of it. The various research techniques, such as unstructured interviews, text analysis of Statutes, posts on the websites of the institutions, have been used. The study is placed in an interpretative paradigm and, at the same time, it draws the best from pragmatism. The issues of the cultural education management in the institutions of education are naturally included into the field of the human studies. The purpose of these studies is the wellbeing and the development of the human, as both the creator and recipient of the culture. The importance of the cultural education is get-ting stronger with the recent social and technological changes that can be observed nowadays. It' is undeveloped area of creative activities and the place that becoming more and more commercialised. The area in need of the proper and reliable management.
