Tematem pracy jest analiza współczesnego problemu, jakim jest zwalczanie i zapobieganie handlu ludźmi. Handel ludźmi to problem o charakterze globalnym, który stanowi zagrożenie dla społeczeństw w całym świecie. Leży on w polu zainteresowania nie tylko organizacji międzynarodowych oraz instytucji międzypaństwowych, ale również nauk prawnych.Praca podzielona jest na lll rozdziały. Pierwszy rozdział pracy poświęcony został definicji handlu ludźmi. Zostaną w nim wymienione najczęstsze formy handlu ludźmi, w tym wykorzystanie seksualne, praca przymusowa i żebractwo. Rozdział drugi stanowi omówienie problematyki walki z handlem ludźmi w kontekście prawa międzynarodowego. Poruszona zostanie tematyka aktów prawnych dotyczących handlu ludźmi zarówno w zakresie karania jego sprawców, jak i ochrony oraz niesienia pomocy ofiarom.W trzecim rozdziale uwaga została skierowana na polskie instytucje, które są zaangażowane w walkę z handlem ludźmi. Omówione zostaną akty prawne i przepisy istniejące w polskim prawodawstwie, ukierunkowane na zwalczanie i karanie tego przestępstwa.
The topic of work is an analysis of the contemporary problem of combating and preventing trafficking in human beings. Human trafficking is a global problem that threatens societies around the world. It is in the interest of not only international organizations and interstate institutions, but also legal sciences. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of the paper deals with the definition of trafficking in human beings.It will include the most common forms of trafficking in human beings, including sexual exploitation, forced labor, and begging. The second chapter deals with issues related to the fight against human trafficking in the context of international law. The subject of legislation on trafficking in human beings will be dealt with both in terms of punishing its perpetrators and protecting and assisting victims.In the third chapter the attention was payed at Polish institutions involved in the fight against human trafficking. Legal acts and regulations existing in Polish legislation will be discussed, aimed to combating and punishing this crime.
