Przedmiotem pracy jest analiza wpływu zmiany systemu rejestracji znaków towarowych na obrót gospodarczy. Celem zwiększenia przejrzystości, została ona podzielona na 4 rozdziały dotyczące przedmiotu procedury rejestracyjnej, opisu poprzedniego systemu rejestracji (badawczego) oraz istniejącego obecnie (sprzeciwowego), jak również próby odpowiedzi na pytanie postawione w temacie pracy.
The subject matter of the presented thesis is an analysis of change of the trademarks registration proceedings with effect on business trading. In order to increase the transparency, the thesis was divided into 4 chapters concerning the matter of registration proceedings, the description of the previous registration system (examination system) and the current one (opposition system), as well as an attempt to answer the question presented in the thesis's title.
