Praca magisterska nosi tytuł „Instytucjonalizacja związków partnerskich w świetle obowiązujących przepisów prawa” a jej celem jest omówienie problematyki wprowadzenia do polskiego porządku prawnego instytucji związków pozamałżeńskich. W początkowej części pracy znajduję się opis małżeństwa jako zjawiska społecznego, a także instytucji prawa opisanej w Konstytucji i ustawach zwykłych. Druga, zasadnicza część pracy poświecona jest szczegółowej analizie art. 18 Konstytucji Rzeczpospolitej Polski pod kątem jego genezy, przedmiotu ochrony oraz wpływu na instytucjonalizację związków partnerskich. Ponadto przedstawiona została charakterystyka związku partnerskiego i najczęściej spotykanych argumentów obu stron sporu dotyczącego wprowadzeniu do polskiego systemu prawa tej instytucji. W pracy uwzględniono także zagraniczne doświadczenia związane z instytucjonalizacją związków pozamałżeńskich. W ostatniej, trzeciej części pracy magisterskiej znajduje się odniesienie do międzynarodowych przepisów prawa z zakresu omawianej problematyki oraz dotychczasowe koncepcje instytucjonalizacji związków partnerskich w Polsce. Problematyka ta szczegółowo przedstawiona została w literaturze naukowej, do której przewidziano niezbędne odesłania.

The purpose of this MA thesis titled ''The Institutionalisation of Registered Partnerships in the Light of the Applicable Law Provisions'' is to examine problematic aspects of a civil union and its introduction to the Polish law. The focus of the first chapter of the thesis is the description of marriage as a social phenomenon and as the law described by the Contitution of Poland and statutes. The second, fundamental part of the thesis provides an in-depth analysis of Article 18 of the Constitution of Poland, its genesis, the subject of protection, and the influence it has on the institutionalisation of partnership relationships. What is more, the thesis presents the characteristics of a partnership relationship and depicts the most common arguments of both sides of the dispute concerning the implementation of partnership relationship into the Polish legal system. Intrenational experience on the matter has been examined. The last chapter of the thesis refers to the international standpoint on the matter as well as its previous domestic concepts. The issue of registered partnerships has been thoroughly analysed by source literature attached to the list of references.
