Treatment off difficult to heal wounds by larvotherapy.

Podstawowym zadaniem w procesie leczenia rany jest uzyskanie oczyszczenia jej z tkanek martwiczych. Zapobiega to powstawaniu infekcji oraz umożliwia ranie prawidłowe gojenie się. Leczenie ran metodą biochirurgiczną, jaką jest larwoterapia sprawia, że proces ten staje się szybki, bezpieczny i zarazem niezwykle skuteczny.Przygotowana praca badawcza miała na celu poznanie efektywności leczenia trudno gojących się ran metodą larwoterapii. Badania dotyczyły 33 przypadków leczenia. Grupa badanych stanowiła stosunkowo niewielką liczbę ze względu na znacznie utrudniony i długotrwały proces poszukiwania placówki do realizacji badań na wybrany temat, co skróciło czas ich przeprowadzenia. Metodą wykorzystaną w przeprowadzeniu badań była dokumentoskopia, posłużono się techniką analizy dokumentów, narzędzie badawcze stanowił autorski arkusz do gromadzenia danych. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań wykazały, że u wszystkich pacjentów-33osoby (100%) uzyskano pozytywny efekt całkowitego oczyszczenia rany, co więcej, u 11 osób (33,33%) w tym celu wystarczyły tylko dwie aplikacje opatrunku. Wyniki badań wykazały wysoką skuteczność tej metody leczenia.

The basic task in the wound healing process is to get rid of it from necrotic tissues. This prevents the formation of infection and enables the wound to heal properly. Treatment of wounds with the biosurgical method, which is larvotherapy, makes the process fast, safe and the same time extremely effective.Prepared research work was aimed at observing the effects of treatment with larvotherapy. The research concerned 33 cases of treatment. The group of respondents was a relatively small number due to the much more difficult and long-lasting process of searching for an institution enabling testing on the selected topic, which shortened the time of their implementation. The method used in carrying out the research was documentoscopy, the technique of document analysis was used, the research tool was the authoring sheet for data collection. The results of the tests showed that in all patients-33 people (100%) achieved a positive effects of complete wound cleasing, moreover in 11 people (33,33%) only two dressing applications were enough for this purpose. The results of the study showed high effectiveness of this methot of treatment.
