Equality of diplomatic languages in international organizations

The article concerns usage of diplomatic languages by international organizations. In some international organizations traditional diplomatic languages used in relations between states prevail in as communication languages of these communications. In other, dominant language used by the member states of the organization in natural way became the only one language in that organization. Some organizations are in the process of creating the foundations of their legal existence, and it is chance to see what importance in this process has communication language of the organization. There are extremely rare organizations which try to apply the principle of equality between states and their languages. To a limited extent the United Nations applies the principles of equality of languages of its member states. However, it should be pointed out that organization of a general nature has its own restraints in that matter.Better solutions was introduced by regional organizations, for example, the Organization of American States, which uses most languages of its member states. The best and unique solution exists in the European Union, which treated official languages of all member states as its own authentic and official languages. Determinants and consequences accompanying the democratization of diplomatic language in international organizations has been shown in this article.
