Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie instytucji zażalenia do Sądu Najwyższego. W poszczególnych rozdziałach omówiono ogólne zasady systemu zaskarżania orzeczeń w polskim postępowaniu cywilnym, historię instytucji zażalenia do Sądu Najwyższego, a także zwrócono uwagę na warunki dopuszczalności zażalenia. Główną częścią pracy było omówienie przedmiotu zaskarżenia zażaleniem do Sądu Najwyższego, a także przebiegu postępowania wywołanego wniesieniem zażalenia do Sądu Najwyższego.
The aim of the following work was to present the institution of the complaint to the Supreme Court. In several chapters the author wrote about the main rules of the system of appealing in polish civil procedure, the history of the complaint to the Supreme Court and the conditions of permissibility of the complaints in Polish law. The main part of the thesis was presenting the object of the complaint to the Supreme Court, i.e. of which court's decissions can a complaint to the Supreme Court be lodged. Another essential matter in the work was the proceeding in various courts in case of lodging the complaint to the Supreme Court
