Lemkos in the eyes of inhabitans of Lower Beskids

Niniejsza praca magisterska poświęcona jest społeczności łemkowskiej, a konkretnie sposobowi postrzegania tej grupy etnicznej przez mieszkańców Beskidu Niskiego. Wybór tematu związany był ze wzmożonym w ostatnim czasie zainteresowaniem Łemkami, ich historią, kulturą, tradycją czy tożsamością. Rozważania koncentrować się będą wokół społeczności łemkowskiej i będą polegać na prezentacji je specyfiki oraz odmienności od polskiego społeczeństwa.

The work Lemkos in the eyes of the inhabitants of the Lower Beskids is entirely focused on the Lemko ethnic population living in the south-eastern part of Poland. The main aim of the work is to examine, what people from the Low Beskids think about mentioned ethnic minority and how the respondents approach to an issue of their tradition, language and culture.
