Stres jest codziennością w pracy każdego menedżera. Celem pracy jest zbadanie czy stres jest nieodłącznym elementem na stanowisku menedżerskim. Składa się ona z czterech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy oraz drugi zawiera założenia teoretyczne. Zawierają pojęcia związane ze stresem psychologicznym i zawodowym, charakterystykę dobrego menedżera, przywództwo . W rozdziale trzecim został przedstawiony stres w pracy menedżera, źródła stresu, a także formy radzenia sobie ze stresem. Ostatni rozdział składa się z badań własnych opartych na ankiecie oraz analizie

Stress is commonplace in the work of every manager. The aim of the study is to examine whether stress is inherent in a managerial position . The thesis consists of four chapters. The first section and the second contains the theoretical assumptions . They include the concept of stress-related psychological and occupational, characteristics of a good manager , leadership . The third chapter is presented stress at manager work, sources of stress as well as the forms of coping with stress. The last chapter consists of own research based on survey and analysis
