Praca magisterska ma charakter teoretyczny. Składa się z 4 rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale zostały omówione zagadnienia dotyczące systemu sądownictwa administracyjnego. W drugiej części pracy przedstawiono podstawowe cechy postępowania sądowoadministracyjnego. Kolejny rozdział omawia temat skargi do wojewódzkiego sądu administracyjnego. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia temat skargi kasacyjnej do Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego. W podsumowaniu pracy dyplomowej przedstawione zostało znaczenie skarg w postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym dla obywateli.

Master's thesis is a theoretical character. It consists of 4 chapters. In the first chapter discussed issues concerning on the system of administrative jurisdiction. In the second part presents the basic characteristics of administrative litigation. The next chapter deals with the subject of the complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court. The last chapter discusses about cassation appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. In the conclusions of the diploma thesis it was presented importance of complaints in administrative court proceedings to the citizens.
