Reporting of budgetary units

Praca poświęcona jest omówieniu poszczególnych elementów sprawozdawczości finansowej i budżetowej w jednostkach budżetowych wraz z zasadami ich sporządzania. Jednostki budżetowe to podstawowa forma organizacyjno-prawna instytucji sektora publicznego. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki związanej z opracowywaniem poszczególnych elementów sprawozdania finansowego oraz sprawozdań budżetowych. Na początku przedstawiona zostaje jednostka budżetowa i zasady gospodarki finansowej w kontekście sektora publicznego. Potem omówione są zasady rachunkowości budżetowej oraz sporządzanie elementów sprawozdania. Na końcu znajduje się praktyczna analiza sprawozdań na przykładzie Zespołu Szkół Techniczno-Ekonomicznych w Myślenicach.

The work is devoted to discussing the various elements of financial reporting and the budget in budget entities with the principles of their preparation. Budgetary units is the basic organizational and legal form of public sector institutions. The aim of the study is to present the issues related to the development of individual elements of the financial statements and budget reports. At the beginning of is the budget unit and financial management principles in the context of the public sector. Then discusses the principles of budgetary accounting and preparation of report elements. At the end there is a practical analysis of the reports on the example of the School of Technology and Economics in Myślenice.
