Transgresja jest zjawiskiem wpisanym w ludzka egzystencje. Może być zarówno czynnikiem rozwoju jak i regresu społeczeństwa oraz pojedynczej jednostki. Niniejsza praca ma na celu próbę wyjaśnienia etiologii zjawiska analizując czynniki biologiczne i środowiskowe. Podaje przykłady zmian w postrzeganiu transgresji w stosunku do występujących różnic kulturowych. Wskazuje i omawia metody resocjalizacji bazujące na przekraczaniu ludzkich ograniczeń. Praca porusza temat zdrowia psychicznego, skłonności do podejmowania ryzyka, uzależnienia od adrenaliny w kontekscie zachowań transgresyjnych.

Transgression is a phenomenon inscribed in human existence. It can be a factor which plays a huge role in society’s and individuals’ development and regression. The aim of this work is to explain the reasons of the phenomenon by analyzing biological and environmental factors. It also gives examples of changes in the perception of transgression occurring in relation to cultural differences. Lastly this work shows and discusses methods of resocialisation which are based on exceeding human limitations. It raises the issue of mental health, tendencies to take risks and addiction to adrenaline in the context of transgressive behaviours.
