Model opieki nad pacjentką z cukrzycą typu I po usunięciu mięśniaków macicy
The model of nursing care for the patient who suffers from the type I diabetes after the removal of the uterine fibroids.

Streszczenie.Wstęp: Mięśniaki macicy są najczęściej diagnozowanymi niezłośliwymi nowotworami ginekologicznymi. Dotyczą około 35- 51% kobiet. Wraz z wiekiem zwiększa się częstość ich występowania. Dają one różne objawy, które stają się powodem konsultacji ginekologicznych. Wśród nich wymienia się głównie obfite krwawienia miesiączkowe oraz ból w obrębie miednicy mniejszej.Cel pracy: opracowanie i przedstawienie modelu opieki nad pacjentką z cukrzycą typu I po usunięciu mięśniaków macicy.Metoda: analiza literatury naukowej dotyczącej mięśniaków macicy i cukrzycy typu I.Wyniki: opracowanie modelu, który składa się z 18. diagnoz pielęgniarsko- położniczych, do których zostały zaproponowane interwencje pielęgniarskie. Głównie diagnozy dotyczą okresu przed- i pooperacyjnego oraz współistniejącej choroby, cukrzycy typu I.Wnioski: model opieki będzie można wykorzystać do opieki nad kobietą po operacji mięśniaków macicy z cukrzycą typu I. Opracowanie modelu stwarza możliwość poprawy jakości opieki nad pacjentką.
Summary.Introduction: The uterine fibroids are the most frequently diagnosed type of the gynecological tumor. They appear among 35-51% of women. Their frequency is higher when the age is more advanced. They give different symptoms which are the reason for the gynecological consultations. Among them are: heavy uterine bleeding and the pain of the minor pelvis.The main goal of the dissertation was to prepare the model of the health care for the patient who suffers from the type I diabetes after the removal of the uterine fibroids.The method: the analysis of the sources related to the topic.The results: preparing of the model which consists of the 18 nursing-midwives diagnoses. The main diagnoses are related to the period before and after operation and the co-existing illness, the type I diabetes.The conclusion: the model can be used for the care for the woman after the removal of the uterine fibroids who also suffers from the type I diabetes. It will help to improve the quality of the medical care of the particular patients.
