Praca stanowi analizę życia seksualnego starożytnych Rzymian, w którym można wyróżnić trzy elementy: miłość małżeńską, płatną i homoseksualną. Osobny rozdział poświęcono również magi, fetyszom i dewiacjom. Praca ta udowadnia, że powszechny obecnie pogląd dotyczący rozpustnego stylu życia antycznych Rzymian jest błędny.
Abstract in English
The thesis is an analysis of the sexual life of the ancient Romans, in which three elements can be distinguished: marital, paid and homosexual love. A separate chapter was also devoted to magic, fetishes and deviations. This thesis proves that the currently popular view regarding the dissolute lifestyle of the ancient Romans is wrong.
