Niniejsza praca licencjacka ma na celu analizę systemu ochrony i opieki nad zabytkami na podstawie gminnego programu opieki nad zabytkami Gminy Miejskiej Kraków w latach 2010-2014. Dziedzictwo kulturowe to ważny czynnik życia i działalności człowieka, a co za tym idzie konieczna jest jego skuteczna ochrona. W pracy został przedstawiony zakres, sposób tworzenia oraz najważniejsze elementy programu i ich analiza, a także ocena jego skuteczności w praktycznym zastosowaniu.

This B.A. thesis aims at analysing the system of protection and care over the monuments as exemplified by a municipal programme of monument care in the Municipality of Cracow in the years 2010-2014. The cultural heritage is an important aspect of the life and activity of an individual and therefore it is necessary to protect it in an effective way. The paper presents the scope, way of developing and the most important elements of the programme and their analysis, as well as the assessment of its effectiveness in practical application.
