The level of burnout in nurses working at the hospital in Ukraine

Cel pracy: ustalenie związku pomiędzy wypaleniem zawodowym w pracypielęgniarek pracujących w szpitalach na Ukrainie, a miejscem pracy, stażem pracy,wykszałceniem, stanem cywilnym, posiadaniem dzieci i wiekiem badanych.Materialy i metody: Badania wykonano w grupie 100 losowo wybranychpielęgniarek zatrudnionych w różnych oddziałach szpitalnych. Do zebrania danych,wykorzystano metryczkę danych społeczno - demograficznych oraz kwestionariuszMaslach Burnout Inventori (MBI). Respondenci to pielęgniarki pracującę w oddziałachchirurgii onkologicznej i ogólnej oraz w oddziałach nefrologii i gastroenterologii wszpitalu dziecięcym na Ukrainie.Wyniki badań: Na podstawie przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań wykryto iżwiększość respondentow posiada wysokie wyniki w podskalach "emocjonalnegowyczerpania" i "depersonalizacji" oraz niskie wyniki w podskali "osobistegozaangażowania", co świadcze o wysokim poziomie wypalenia.Wnioski: Przeprowadzone badania wykazują, iż badana grupa cechuje sięwysokim i średnim poziomem wypalenia zawodowego.

The aim of the investigation: to establish a connection between professionalburnout in nurses working in the hospitals in Ukraine, and the place of work, seniority,education, marital status, having children and age of the respondents.Materials and Methods: Researches were carried out in a group of 100 inrandom order selected nurses working in different hospital departments. For collecting thedata, it was used a metrical certificate for socio - demographic data and the MaslachBurnout Inventori questionnaire (MBI).Respondents are nurses working in oncology and surgery wards also in generalnephrology and gastroenterology departments in a hospital for the children in Ukraine.Results of researches: On the basis of the researches I discovered that themajority of respondents have high test results in subscales of "emotional exhaustion" and"depersonalization" and low results in subscale "personal accomplishment", which indicateto the high level of burnout.Conclusions: The conducted researches show that the experimental group ischaracterized by a high level of professional exhaustion.
