The subjective sense of social stigmatization of drug addicts benefiting from the institutional forms of treatment and therapy

Tematem pracy jest subiektywne poczucie stygmatyzacji społecznej osób uzależnionych od narkotyków w kontekście leczenia i terapii jako czynnika różnicującego. Praca składa się z dwóch części - teoretycznej i metodologicznej. W części teoretycznej zdefiniowane zostały podstawowe terminy związane ze zjawiskiem narkomanii, scharakteryzowane zostały trzy podstawowe, instytucjonalne formy leczenia i terapii narkomanii: terapia substytucyjna, ambulatoryjna i stacjonarna oraz omówione zostały kluczowe zagadnienia odnoszące się do teorii stygmatyzacji społecznej. W części metodologicznej określono problemy badawcze, zmienne i wskaźniki. Za pomocą samodzielnie opracowanego kwestionariusza ankiety udało się zebrać materiał empiryczny z próby liczącej 90 osób, który poddano operacjom statystycznym w programie PS IMAGO, otrzymane wyniki poddano dyskusji i interpretacji w oparciu o część teoretyczną pracy. W wyniku badań udało się uzyskać odpowiedzi na wszystkie problemy badawcze, w zakończeniu pracy sformułowano wnioski i rekomendacje płynące z przeprowadzonych badań.

The theme of the work is a subjective sense of social stigmatization of drug addicts in the context of treatment and therapy as a differentiating factor. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and methodological. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms associated with drug addiction, were described three basic institutional forms of treatment and therapy of drug addiction: substitution therapy, ambulatory therapy and stationary therapy and discussed key issues relating to the theory of social stigma. In the methodological part defined research problems, variables and indicators. By using independently developed a questionnaire managed to collect empirical evidence from a sample of 90 people who were subjected to statistical operations in the PS IMAGO, the results were discussed and interpretations based on theoretical part of this work. The research was able to get answers to all the problems of research in the finished formulated conclusions and recommendations from the study.
