The model care of the pregnant woman suffering from pre-eclampsia.

Stan przedrzucawkowy to jednostka chorobowa polegająca na jednoczesnym występowaniu u ciężarnych, rodzących lub położnic nadciśnienia oraz białkomoczu. Powikłaniem mogą być np. krwotoki do OUN, obrzęk płuc, zespół HELLP, niewydolność nerek, czy niewydolność krążenia. U płodu natomiast stan ten może prowadzić do znacznego niedotlenienia, hipotrofii, wcześniactwa i zgonu wewnątrzmacicznego. Kluczowe znaczenie w zapobieganiu powikłaniom stanu przedrzucawkowego ma stosowanie indywidualnie dobranej opieki. W części teoretycznej pracy przedstawione zostały zmiany fizjologiczne, które zachodzą w trakcie ciąży w układzie krążenia, czynniki ryzyka stanu przedrzucawkowego, jego etiologia, patogeneza i możliwe powikłania, a także ogólne zasady leczenia i opieki nad pacjentką. W drugiej części natomiast przestawiono model opieki nad ciężarną ze stanem przedrzucawkowym – omówiona została definicja modelu opieki oraz zaproponowano działania jakie powinna wykonywać położna w opiece nad pacjentka z takim schorzeniem.

Preeclampsia represents a case occuring in pregnants, parturients and maternities both hypertension and proteinuria. As its complication the mother can suffer from haemorrhage to CNS, oedema, HELLP syndrome, renal or circulatory system failure. Considering the conceptus, it will effect significant hypoxia, hypotrophy, preterm birth and even intrauterine death.Crucial consequence in the complication prevention of that affliction has taking individually picked care. My thesis is written on the grounds of analysis of medical literature mainly published in science periodicals. The first part of it presents physiological modifications that appear to be during pregnancy in the circulatory system, but also pre-eclampsia risk factor, its aetiology, pathogenesis and possible complications. This issue constitutes the background of overall treatment and medical care policy the patient is encompassed. The second part shows the pregnant patient care suffering from pre-eclampsia case. The definition of the model care is discussed and the suggested midwife operation that she should realise in the course of such a patient attention.
