Motywacja polskich uczniów pochodzących z terenów wiejskich do nauki języka angielskiego

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej było zbadanie, co motywuje Polskich uczniów pochodzących z terenów wiejskich do nauki języka angielskiego. Praca podkreśla dwa istotne czynniki. Po pierwsze, wszyscy uczestnicy badania uczęszczają do szkół usytuowanych na terenach wiejskich na południu Polski. Ponadto, w badaniu wzięły udział dwie grupy uczniów w różnym wieku (uczniowie szkoły podstawowej i gimnazjum).Praca składa się z dwóch części. Rozdział pierwszy został poświęcony wiedzy teoretycznej. Rozdział drugi przedstawia opis badania przeprowadzonego wśród uczniów wraz z analizą wyników. Wreszcie, dane uzyskane w badaniu zostały porównane z wynikami uzyskanymi przez Cieślar (2013) i opisanymi w jej pracy magisterskiej.

The purpose of this MA thesis was to investigate the English language learning motivation among Polish students from the rural areas. The thesis underlines two significant factors. As for the first determinant, all the research participants attended schools located in the rural areas in the south of Poland. Regarding the second aspect, the research was conducted on two groups of students in a different age (primary school and junior high school students).The thesis consists of two parts. The first chapter covers theoretical background of motivation. The second part of the thesis describes the research study carried out by the researcher together with an analysis of the results. In the end, the data are compared to Cieślar’s (2013) results presented in her MA thesis.
