Ważną rolę odgrywa właściwy dobór form finansowania gdyż stanowi istotną rolę w procesie zarządzania finansami firmy i ma wpływ na pozycję firmy na rynku. Przedsiębiorcy korzystają zarówno z własnych źródeł finansowania jak i obcych. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie dostępnych na rynku źródeł finansowania działalności gospodarczej. Na rynku istnieje wiele form pozyskiwania kapitału o różnym charakterze. Kapitał obcy może pochodzić z najbardziej popularnego źródła jakim jest kredyt lub z innych sposobów jak: franchising, leasing, faktoring. Dobór odpowiedniego sposobu finansowania jest możliwy jedynie po ich dogłębnej analizie, a także po sprecyzowaniu swoich potrzeb i oczekiwań.Na rynku nie istnieje jedna uniwersalna forma finansowania, która spełniała by potrzeby finansowania dla wszystkich przedsiębiorstw. Małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa we wczesnej fazie rozwoju potrzebują pozyskać kapitał z zewnątrz. Dostępność na rynku różnorodnych form finansowania nie oznacza, że jest on odpowiedni i dostępny dla wszystkich w jednakowy sposób.

For development of economic activity, funds are the necessary factors. An important role plays the proper selection of financial form because it poses the significant role in managing of company finance process and it has influence on the company position on the market.The businessmen use both their own financial sources and the outside. The aim of this diploma project is presenting the financial sources of the economic activity which are available on the market. On the market exist many forms of capital mining with different characters. The outside capital may come from the most popular source which is credit or from the other ways as: franchising, leasing, factoring. Selection of the proper financing system is possible not only after their in-depth analysis, but also after defining somebody’s needs and expectations. On the market does not exist one, universal funding form which will satisfy the financing needs of all companies. The small and the medium enterprises in the early development process need to enlist outside capital. The accessibility of the different funding forms on the market does not mean that it is appropriate and available for everyone in the same way.
