W pracy magisterskiej omówione zostały podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczące przedsiębiorstwa przy uwzględnieniu czynników i narzędzi wpływających na jego rozwój. W szczególnej analizie określono miejsce franchisingu w procesie rozwoju firmy oraz jego mocne i słabe strony. Porównano również przykłady wybranych sieci jako wzorców powiązań franchisingowych oraz określono potencjał tego instrumentu w funkcjonowaniu przedsiębiorstwa.
The Master degree thesis discusses basic issues concerning the company, indicating the factors and tools that have the major influence on its development. The role of franchising in the process of the company development is enhanced and specified in a detailed analysis. The work points out the strengths and weaknesses of franchising. The thesis contains as well the examples of selected networks as models of franchise liaisons and highlights the role of this instrument in functioning of enterprise.
