Przedmiotem pracy magisterskiej są trzy reformy deregulacyjne Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości. W pierwszym rozdziale praca przedstawia i wyjaśnia główne pojęcia typu, deregulacja, dereglamencja, sposoby reglamentacji, zawód regulowany. W kolejnym rozdziale opisuje historie deregulacji w USA i obecne działania w Unii Europejskiej. Trzeci i ostatni rozdział opisuje poszczególne zawody regulowane z wyszczególnieniem zawodów deregulowanych w rozdziale na poszczególne ministerstwa.
Master's thesis is about deregulation. In other words about regulatory relief against three reforms of the Ministry of Justice of Poland. First chapter explains main concepts deregulation, dereglementation, ways of regulation, regulated profession. In the next chapter you can find history of the USA's deregulation and current actions in UE. Third and last chapter describes regulated professions in Poland broken down by individual ministries.
