Non-governmental organizations in the civil procedure.

Niniejsza praca stanowi próbę kompleksowego przedstawienia instytucji udziału organizacji pozarządowej w postępowaniu cywilnym. Zwracam uwagę na rys historyczny omawianej instytucji oraz jej ewolucję od chwili wejścia w życie Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego po aktualnie obowiązujący stan prawny. Poruszam zagadnienie legitymacji procesowej organizacji pozarządowej oraz jej status jako podmiotu biorącego udział w postępowaniu. Dokonuję próby wyznaczenia zakresu podmiotowego i przedmiotowego uczestnictwa organizacji pozarządowych w procesie cywilnym. Ostatni rozdział mej pracy stanowi analizę tzw. pośrednich form uczestnictwa organizacji pozarządowych w procedurze cywilnej.

This thesis is an attempt to present the institution of the NGOs participation in the civil procedure. I draw attention to the historical background of the institution and its evolution since the entry into force of the Code of Civil Procedure till the current legal status. I raise the question of locus standi of the NGO and its status as an entity involved in the procedure. I make attempt to define the scope of the subjective and the objective participation of the NGOs in the civil procedure. The last chapter of my work is an analysis of the so-called indirect forms of the participation of the NGOs in the civil procedure.
