Care of the patient with pulmonary tuberculosis based on a case study

STRESZCZENIEGruźlica, to powszechna i potencjalnie śmiertelna choroba zakaźna.Znajomość objawów gruźlicy, pozwala na szybkie jej rozpoznanie i rozpoczęcieprawidłowego leczenia, co w efekcie, prowadzi do zmniejszenia ryzyka powstawaniapóźniejszych powikłań.Celem pracy było: przedstawienie specyfiki opieki pielęgniarskiej nad pacjentemze zdiagnozowaną gruźlicą.Opis przypadku, rozpatrywanego w pracy, udowadnia, iż czasem skąpe i niecharakterystyczne objawy kliniczne, mogą towarzyszyć zmianom w płucach i prowadzićdo poważnej choroby.Wyniki: Opisywana w pracy pacjentka, trafiła do szpitala, po wykonanym rtg klatkipiersiowej, w którym zaobserwowano po stronie prawej owalny cień podobojczykowy.W czasie hospitalizacji, przeprowadzone badania, wskazały jednoznacznie, iż objawywystępujące u chorej, łączą się w sposób bezpośredni z gruźlicą płuc.Wnioski:1. Pomimo postępu medycyny, gruźlica nadal stanowi ogromny problem zdrowotnyna całym świecie.2. Warunkiem skutecznego leczenia chorych z gruźlicą, jest poprawnie i precyzyjnieprzygotowany plan działań, dostosowany indywidualnie do potrzeb i możliwościpacjenta.

Tuberculosis is a common and potentially fatal infectious disease .Knowledge of the signs of tuberculosis, fast start the diagnosis and propertreatment, which in turn leads to a reduction in the risk of later complications.The aim of this study was: to present the specifics of nursingcare of the patient diagnosed with tuberculosis .Description of the case, considered in the work, proving that sometimes scanty andnot characteristic clinical symptoms may be accompanied by changes in the lungs and leadto serious illness.Results: The patient described in the job, went to the hospital, the made- chest Xray,which was observed on the right subclavian oval shade. During hospitalization, studieshave indicated clearly that the symptoms of a patient, communicate directly withpulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusions:1. Despite advances in medicine, tuberculosis remains a huge public health problemthroughout the world.2. Condition for the effective treatment of patients with tuberculosis, is properly andaccurately prepared an action plan tailored to individual needs and abilities of thepatient.
