The legislative branch in the Republic of India

Przedmiotem prezentowanej pracy jest władza ustawodawcza w Republice Indii. Praca została podzielona na cztery rozdziały. W rozdziale pierwszym zostały omówione podstawy ustroju państwa. Scharakteryzowano konstytucję kraju, władzę ustawodawczą, wykonawczą oraz sądowniczą. Ponadto przedstawiono system federalny. W rozdziale drugim zostały opisane poszczególne części składowe parlamentu indyjskiego oraz kompetencje, jakie posiadają. Rozdział trzeci skupił się na zaprezentowaniu głównych indyjskich partii politycznych. W rozdziale czwartym zostały omówione zasady działania parlamentu. Rozdział ten skupił się również na zaprezentowaniu procedur legislacyjnych ustaw. W tym miejscu przedstawiono funkcje, jakie spełnia parlament oraz rodzaje procedur parlamentarnych.

The legislative branch in the Republic of India is an object of the presented thesis. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter discussed basics of the political system. Characterized country's constitution, the legislative, executive, judicial, and shows the federal system.The second chapter describes the components of the Indian Parliament and the powers they have. The third chapter describes the main Indian political parties. The fourth chapter discussed principles of operation of the parliament, which fulfills the functions and procedures of legislative acts.
