Przedmiotem pracy jest przedstawienie systemu ochrony konsumenta w dziedzinie prawa gospodarczego jaką jest prawo turystyczne.Poniższa praca grupuje zagadnienia ochrony konsumenta w usługach turystycznych w czterech jednostkach redakcyjnych. Jako pierwsze zostaną poruszane kwestie podstawowe poprzedzone krótkim wstępem o charakterze historycznym. Jako drugie zostają przedstawione kwestie dotyczące usługi turystycznej w prawie polskim. Jako trzecie zostają zaprezentowane wybrane przykłady naruszania praw konsumenta w usługach turystycznych. Jako czwarte zostają przedstawione mechanizmy i instytucje ochrony konsumenta. Całość pracy stanowi próbę prezentacji problemu ochrony konsumenta w usługach turystycznych w sposób kompleksowy i całościowy.

The subject of this master's thesis is consumer protection in the tourism law, which is part of public commercial law. This master's thesis brings together issues of consumer protection in tourism services in four units. The first chapter is about fundamental law issues preceded by a short historical introduction. The second chapter presented issues of touristic services in Polish law. The third chapter presented some examples of violations of consumer rights in the tourism services. The fourth chapter presented mechanisms and institutions for the protection of the consumer.This master's thesis is an attempt to present the issue of consumer protection in the tourist services in a comprehensive and holistic way.
