Praca odnosi się do pojęcia prawa do życia jako podstawowego prawa. Celem pracy jest dokonanie analizy praw człowieka, od ich powstania aż do współczesnego dnia.Są omawiane następujące zagadnienia w poszczególnych przydziałów takich jak: pojęcie i historyczne idee praw człowieka, system praw człowieka w naszych czasach, prawa człowieka w prawie polskim, prawo do życia jako podstawowego prawa i prawo do życia w świetle Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka.Praca koncentruje się głównie na działalności trybunału praw człowieka. Sąd interpretuje prawo do życia w sposób bardzo szeroki.Celem tej pracy jest próba praktycznego spojrzenia na prawo do życia - przede wszystkim w kontekście regulacji prawnych, będących w mocy i objętego orzeczeniem sądowym. Dlatego też w pracy, odstępuje się w dużym stopniu od filozoficznych poglądów praw człowieka i szerokiej historycznej genezy.Życie ludzkie stanowi rodzaj zjawiska biologicznego. W pracy poświęcono dużo uwagi na rozwój danej dziedziny. Wydaje się, że literatura dotycząca Praw człowieka, w szczególności prawa do życia jest bogata. W rzeczywistości brak jest badań dotyczących wyłącznie prawa do życia jako prawa człowieka.Tylko te publikacje, które de facto zostały wykorzystane w pracy zostały zawarte w bibliografii.

The work is regarding the right to live as the fundamental right to the life. The author of the work is making analysis of human rights, from their formation up to the contemporary day.There are the discussed following issues in individual allocations so as: the notion and historical ideas of human rights, system of human rights in our times, human rights in the Polish legislation, right to live as the fundamental right and the right to live in the light of the European Human Rights Convention.The work is concentrating mainly on activity of Tribunal of human rights. The tribunal is interpreting the right to live in the very wide way.An attempt of the practical look is a purpose of this work to the right for living above all against the background of legal regulations being in force and the falling judicial decision. Therefore, at the work they resigned largely from philosophical including human rights and wide describing historical their geneses.The human life constitutes the biological phenomenon. For the author of the work it seized the considerable edition of the time for developing the subject in question. Because it seems, that literature. Of human rights, in particular the right to live is rich. In fact the lack is of studies referring exclusively to the right to live as human rights.Only these publications which de facto were exploited at the work were included in the bibliography.
