Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono historię powieści detektywistycznej w Rosji od XIX wieku do czasów współczesnych. W drugim rozdziale omówiono ogólną budowę powieści detektywistycznej. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawiono krótką biografię Aleksandry Marininy i omówiono jej wybrane powieści. W zakończeniu podkreślono charakterystyczną cechę powieści Marininy - socjalne, moralne i kulturalne zmiany, które zaszły w Rosji po pieriestrojce.
Work consist of three chapters. The first chapter presents the history of a detective novel in Russia in the period since XIX-th century to the present day. The second chapter presents the general structure of a detective novel. The third chapter presents a brief biography of Alexandra Marinina and discusses the selected novels of her. In the end it is highlighted a characteristic feature of Marinina's novels - a social, moral and cultural changes in Russia after perestroika.
