The school situation of children from families with many children.

Celem niniejszej pracy dyplomowej było przedstawienie sytuacji szkolnej dziecka z rodziny wielodzietnej. Przedmiotem badań byli uczniowie szkoły gimnazjalnej, klas pierwszych i drugich. Głównym problemem badawczym było następujące zagadnienie:Jaka jest zależność sytuacji szkolnej dziecka od kolejności jego urodzenia?Na podstawie tego pytania wyodrębnione zostały problemy szczegółowe, do których należą:Jakie są relacje ucznia z rodziny wielodzietnej z jego kolegami szkolnymi – w zależności od jego kolejności urodzenia?Jakie są postępy ucznia w nauce z rodziny wielodzietnej w zależności od kolejności jego urodzenia?Jakie są relacje pomiędzy uczniami z rodziny wielodzietnej a ich nauczycielami?Do przeprowadzenia badania została wykorzystana ankieta, która miała na celu zebrać określone informacje, opinie, poglądy oraz fakty za pomocą zestawu pytań i odpowiedzi, które dotyczyły bezpośrednio lub pośrednio ściśle sprecyzowanych problemów badawczych. Z analizy kwestionariusza można dowiedzieć się jaką sytuację szkolną i rodzinną posiada dziecko. Kolejną metodą wykorzystaną w niniejszej pracy była metoda socjometryczna. Do przeprowadzania badań została użyta technika „Zgadnij kto?‘’, z której można wywnioskować czy ktoś jest lubiany i doceniany w klasie. Ostatnią zastosowaną metodą była analiza dokumentów, która zawierała informacje z dziennika klasowego na podstawie, którego można się dowiedzieć jaką uczeń ma średnią ocen za pierwsze półrocze. Analiza dokumentów została przeprowadzona, również na dokumentach udostępnionych przez pedagoga szkolnego, w których zostały przedstawione zainteresowania uczniów i kolejność ich urodzenia, a także ile uczeń ma rodzeństwa. To, którym dzieckiem z kolei się jest wpływa na nasze życie, rozwój i osobowość człowieka.

The aim of this diploma paper was to present the school situation of the child brought up in a large family. The first and the second grade Gymnasium students were the subject of the research. The following issue was the main focus of the research:What is the relation between the school situation of the child and the birth order?On the basis of this question the following detailed research problems were extracted:What are the relations of the student brought up in a large family with his classmates – depending on the order of his birth?What is the progress in learning of the student brought up in a large family, depending on the order of his birth?What are the relations between the students brought up in a large family and their teachers?In order to conduct the research the survey was used. It served to collect particular information, opinions, views, and facts by means of a set of questions and answers, which, directly or indirectly, referred to precisely specified research problems. The analysis of the questionnaire enables to find out what is the school situation and the family situation ofa child.Another method used in this work was the sociometric method. In order to carry out the research the “Guess who?” technique was used, which allows for deducing whether someone is liked and appreciated in the class.The last method applied was the analysis of the documents, which included the information taken from the class register, on the basis of which it is possible to find out what is the student’s average of marks in the first term. The analysis was also carried with the documents provided by the school counselor, that presented the student’s interests, the order of the student’s birth, as well as how many siblings does the student have. The order of our birth influences our life, development and human personality.
