Constitutional principles of operation of the courts

Przedmiotem pracy magisterskiej są konstytucyjne zasady działania sądów. Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy dotyczy zasady odrębności i niezależności sądów od innych władz. W rozdziale pierwszym przedmiotem moich rozważań jest również zasada niezawisłości sędziów i jej gwarancje. Drugi rozdział został poświęcony zasadzie sądowego wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Kolejny rozdział opisuje zasadę jawności rozprawy. Przedostatni rozdział dotyczy zasady dwuinstancyjności postępowania sądowego. Piąty rozdział poświęcony jest zasadzie udziału czynnika społecznego w sprawowaniu wymiaru sprawiedliwości.

The subject of thesis are constitutional principles of operation of the courts. The thesis consist of five chapters. The first chapter concern the principle of autonomy and independence of the courts of other authorities. In the first chapter the subject of my reflections is also the principle of independence of judges and it's guarantees. The second chapter is devoted to the principle of judicial justice. The next chapter describes the principle of publicness hearing. In the fourth chapter is presented the principle of two-instance proceedings. The fifth chapter is devoted to the principle of participation of the social factor in the administration of justice.
