Pedagogue in the assessment and self-assessment in the context of rehabilitation process

Niniejsza praca stanowi opis funkcji pedagoga z perspektywy osób , które ją pełnią oraz adresatów procesu resocjalizacji . Praca zwiera charakterystykę procesu resocjalizacji , na który składa się opis struktury , cech typowych dla tego procesu oraz czynników warunkujących jego przebieg. W pracy określono kim jest podmiot i co stanowi przedmiot procesu resocjalizacji . Dodatkowo zaznaczono na czym polega osobliwość zadań i czynności pedagoga w placówce resocjalizacyjnej , oraz jakie czynniki warunkują efektywność jego pracy. W pracy zamieszczono także wybrane wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczące pedagoga. Głównym problemem było ukazanie sylwetki zawodowej pedagoga w ocenie i samoocenie podstawowych podmiotów procesu resocjalizacji oraz przedstawienie skutecznych rozwiązań w modelowaniu pracy pedagoga , ukierunkowanych na wyższa skuteczność realizowanych zadań. Główną hipoteza brzmi obraz pedagoga współwystępuje z odpowiednio wysokimi kompetencjami, wysokim poziome rozumienia empatycznego i na odwrót. Badania wykazały ze pedagoga postrzegany jest pozytywnie przez wychowanków , jest osobą o wysokim wykształceniu , która pragnie rozwijać swoje kompetencje. Analiza syndromu wypalenia zawodowego wykazała zależności pomiędzy poziomem rozumienia empatycznego a emocjonalnym wyczerpaniem pedagogów. Nie mniej jednak badania nie wykazały związku pomiędzy poziomem rozumienia empatycznego a korzystna oceną pracy pedagoga przez wychowanków

This master's thesis describes pedagogue tasks from the perspective of those who are recipients of the process of rehabilitation. This master's thesis contains the characteristic of the rehabilitation process, which consists of a description of the structure, characteristics typical of this process and the factors determining its course. The master's thesis defines who is an entity and what is the subject of the rehabilitation process. In addition, it is concentrated on the typical tasks and activities of correctional at the institution, and what kind of factors determine the effectiveness of pedagogue work. The master's thesis also contains some results of empirical research about the pedagogue. The main problem was to show the model of professional pedagogue in the general assessment and self- esteem recipient elementary of the rehabilitation process and to provide effective solutions for the modeling of educational work to achieve greater efficiency. The main hypothesis shows image of pedagogue coincides with correspondingly high skills, high levels of empathic understanding, and inversely . Research have shown that the pedagogues are perceived positively by the pupils, .They have a highly educated, and They want to develop their skills. Analysis of burnout syndrome showed the relationship between the level of empathic understanding and emotional exhaustion of pedagogues. Nevertheless, research haven't shown relationship between the level of empathic understanding and favorable evaluation of educational work by pupils.
