Praca ma na celu przedstawienie podstawowych elementów i zasad konstrukcji biznesplanu małego przedsiębiorstwa oraz sporządzenie na ich podstawie biznesplanu nowej działalności gospodarczej.W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono definicję mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw zgodnie z polskim ustawodawstwem, zaprezentowano możliwe formy prawne działalności gospodarczej oraz scharakteryzowano formy opodatkowania podatkiem dochodowym.Rozdział drugi jest wprowadzeniem do biznesplanu. Przedstawia pojęcie biznesplanu, jego funkcje i odbiorców, a także zasady poprawnego sporządzania biznesplanów.W rozdziale trzecim scharakteryzowano elementy biznesplanu dla małego przedsiębiorstwa.Rozdział czwarty został poświęcony charakterystyce wybranych zewnętrznych źródeł finansowania działalności przedsiębiorstw. Rozdział piąty prezentuje przykładowy biznesplan uruchomienia nowej działalności gospodarczej.Cała praca oparta jest na dostępnej literaturze przedmiotu oraz analizie dokumentacji instytucji finansowych.

The purpose of this paper is to present basic elements and principles of a business plan's structure for small enterprise, and based on the above to prepare a business plan for a new undertaking.The first chapter presents a definition of a micro, small and medium enterprise in accordance with the Polish legislation. It also characterises legal forms of doing business and various income taxation rules.Chapter Two is an introduction to the business plan. It focuses on the notion, functions, recipients and main principles of the proper business plan preparation.In the third chapter, basic elements of the business plan for a small enterprise are characterised.Chapter Four is devoted to the subject of external financing sources for enterprises.The fifth chapter presents a business plan sample for a new start up.The paper refers to available literature covering the subject and financial institutions documentation's analysis.
