Prodigal son theme in literature and art, in the design of modern education

Praca dotyczy funkcjonowania motywu syna marnotrawnego w literaturze i sztuce oraz jego wykorzystania na ustnej, nowej maturze 2015. Rozdział I pracy przedstawia rozległy wpływ Biblii na kulturę, a szczególnie na literaturę – począwszy od czasów najdawniejszych, aż do lat ostatnich. Rozdział ten podkreśla niepomiernie dużą rolę Pisma Świętego jako źródła archetypów i wątków wykorzystywanych w sztuce na przestrzeni wieków.Rozdział II poświęcony został omówieniu specyfiki gatunku przypowieści – paraboli, ukazaniu jej charakterystycznych cech. Następnie jako przykład tego gatunku przedstawiona została przypowieść o synu marnotrawnym wraz z interpretacją postaw jej bohaterów oraz ogólną wymową biblijnej historii.Rozdział III ukazuje dzieła malarskie podejmujące motyw ewangeliczny syna marnotrawnego. Zaprezentowane obrazy przedstawiają różne etapy z życia młodzieńca – odejście z domu, okres tułaczki, najpierw rozwiązłe, później nędzne życie, zakończone powrotem do rodzinnego domu i przebaczeniem ojca.Rozdział IV prezentuje wybrane utwory literackie różnie wykorzystujące motyw syna marnotrawnego. Jedne nawiązują bezpośrednio do Ewangelii, inne do dzieł malarskich obrazujących ten ewangeliczny wątek, niektóre nabierają apokryficznego charakteru, czasem zaś autor wykorzystuje biblijną historię jako pretekst, by ukazać własne przemyślenia.Rozdział V poświęcony został nowej maturze ustnej z języka polskiego. Zaprezentowany tu został zestaw przykładowych pytań, zagadnień do omówienia przez zdającego. Rozdział VI przedstawia przykładowe konspekty lekcji języka polskiego wykorzystujące przypowieść o synu marnotrawnym i jej funkcjonowanie w dziełach literackich i malarskich do realizacji w szkole ponadgimnazjalnej.

The work concerns the functioning of the prodigal son theme in literature and art as well as its use in the mouth, a new high school in 2015.Chapter I work presents a bigger impact on the culture of the Bible, especially the literature - from the earliest times until the recent years. This chapter underlines the enormously important role of Scripture as a source of archetypes and themes used in art over the centuries.Chapter II is devoted to the discussion of specific species parable - a parabola, the release of its characteristic features. Then, as an example of the species presented the parable of the prodigal son with the interpretation of the attitudes of the characters and the overall pronunciation of biblical history.Section III presents paintings taking the Gospel theme of the prodigal son. Presented images show the various stages in the life of a young man - away from home, a period of exile, first promiscuous, then miserable life, culminating in back to the family home and the forgiveness of his father.Section IV presents selected literary works in different ways using the theme of the prodigal son. Some relate directly to the Gospel, the other to the paintings depicting the Gospel topic, some become apocryphal character, sometimes the author uses the biblical story as an excuse to reveal their thoughts.Chapter V is devoted to the new high school oral Polish. Presented here is a set of sample questions, topics for discussion by the examinee.Chapter VI provides examples of Polish language lesson plans using the parable of the prodigal son and the functioning ofin literature and painting to be implemented in secondary school.
