Prescription of transmission easement

Praca magisterska składa się z sześciu rozdziałów, z których cztery stanowią trzon pracy. Temat pracy, którym jest „zasiedzenie służebności przesyłu” ze względu na swą specyfikę był powodem częstego powoływania się na orzeczenia Sądu Najwyższego. Początkowa część pracy traktuje o instytucji zasiedzenia i służebności przesyłu. Później zostaje omówiona najważniejsza kwestia, czyli zasiedzenie służebności przesyłu przed i po wprowadzeniu tej instytucji. Poruszone zostały także problemy występujące na styku podobnych regulacji w zakresie przesyłu w sferze prawa prywatnego i publicznego.

Master's thesis consists of six chapters, four of which form the core of the work. The issue of work, which is " prescription of transmission easement " because of their specificity was the reason for frequent reference to the Supreme Court cases. The initial part of the work deals with the institutions of prescription and transmission easement. Then it discussed the most important issue, the transmission easement prescription before and after the introduction of this institution. Subjects were also problems occurring at the interface of similar regulations in the area of transmission in the sphere of private and public law.
