Artykuł informuje o podjętych w latach 1973–1975 badaniach naukowych dotyczących prawa prasowego europejskich państw socjalistycznych. Badania zainicjował Ośrodek Badań Prasoznawczych w Krakowie, a przeprowadzone zostały w Międzyuczelnianym Instytucie Wynalazczości i Ochrony Własności Intelektualnej UJ.
