The analysis of the National Health Fund expenditures for the medical rehabilitation and health resort industries from 2004 to 2009. Dynamics and regional differences.

The paper analyzes the National Health Fund expenditures for themedical rehabilitation and health resort industries from 2004 to 2009.With the increase in the number of disabilities among people and thedevelopment of rehabilitation methods the total expenditure on theirtreatment also increases. The analysis of expenditures was performedfor the whole country and for individual, regional departments of theNHF. In the discussed period of time an upward trend of costs formedical rehabilitation and health resort treatment was observed. Also,the paper shows a considerable variation in the regional shares ofexpenditure of the NHF's provisions in the fields of medicalrehabilitation and health resort treatment per insured person.

W pracy przeprowadzono analizę wydatków Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia na rehabilitację medyczną i lecznictwo uzdrowiskowe w latach 2004-2009. Wraz ze wzrostem liczby osób niepełnosprawnych i rozwojem rehabilitacji wzrasta także wysokość wydatków ponoszonych na ich leczenie. Analizy wydatków dokonano dla całego kraju oraz dla poszczególnych oddziałów wojewódzkich NFZ. W badanym okresie czasu zaobserwowano tendencję wzrostową kosztów rehabilitacji medycznej i lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego. Odnotowujemy również znaczne zróżnicowanie regionalne w udziałach wydatków NFZ ponoszonych na świadczenie zdrowotne z zakresu rehabilitacji medycznej i lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego w przeliczeniu na ubezpieczonego.
