Structural MRI data and FreeSurfer LGI and CMORPH results comparison. T1 brain images from 30 clinical and 30 controls. Dataset include: metafile - research project description, incuding conception of analysis and related data files structure; 1) raw data - T1 subjects scans 2) analyzed data - subjects subfolders 3) code - scripts 4) final set of results - fsgd/contrast subfolders, summary tables and figures 5) step-by-step_cmorph calculations - software and analysis scripts guidelines file.
