Academic evaluation of academics

In order to generate a list of publications for the employee self-assessment survey, you need to:

1. log on to https://ruj.uj.edu.pl with your university mail details, then select 'Advanced Search',
2. uncheck the '☐ Search in full tex',
3. in the next step, select the fields: 
   a) Bibliography of Publications of Jagiellonian (the 'In repository' tile should be replaced by clicking on 'Bibliography of Publications of Jagiellonian') 
   b) Date issued >> Equals >> [2024 TO 2024] (or any other range of years indicated in the survey) 
   c) JU Author >> Equals >> Last Name, First Name (After entering the last name, please select your identity from the list of prompts. The employee id number will appear in the box) 
4. then click 'Search'.
   
   
   
   
5. In this step, select the 'Export'. Publications will appear on the screen, from among which, indicate those that meet the criteria for 'Academic Staff Evaluation'. - author publications or monograph editors (in the case of monograph editors, omit chapters by other authors of the monograph if they appear in the displayed list).
   
   
   
   
6. Then select 'Print to PDF' in the panel on the left.
   
   
   
   
7. A green box will appear in the lower right corner of the screen. You need to open the pdf file and then save it to your device and/or print it. 
   
   
   
   The list of publications is ready for further processing in the unit.
