Praca omawia zjawisko postawy okcydentalnej w Serbii na przełomie XX i XXI wieku. Koncentruje się na przejawach tej postawy w kulturze. Jako reprezentanci nurtu wybranych zostało kilka najważniejszych instytucji (organizacji), na czele z Helsińskim Komitetem Praw Człowieka w Serbii, jedno czasopismo ("Republika") i jeden intelektualista (Ivan Čolović). Zostaje zaprezentowana ich działalność oraz ważniejsze publikacje. Prezentacja nurtu proeuropejskiego zostaje wpisana w szerszy kontekst społeczno-polityczny oraz zestawiona z tendencją przeciwną, antyokcydentalną - cieszącą się w Serbii jak dotąd znaczną popularnością.

The paper discusses the phenomenon of occidental approach in Serbia at the turn of XX and XXI century. It focuses on the aspects of this attitude in the culture. Main representatives of the mainstream are several selected institutions (organizations), the most important is Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, one magazine ("Republika") and one intellectual (Ivan Čolović). Author presents their cultural activities and major publications. Presentation of the pro-European mainstream is set within the larger socio-political context and juxtaposed with the opposite tendency, anti-occidentalism - which is still in Serbia considerable popular.
