The influence of the 80s punk subculture on the organizational culture of a punk publishing house: the study of the collective "Chaos w mojej głowie"

Przedstawiony temat dotyczy analizy funkcjonowania subkultury punk we współczesnych organizacjach. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na przykładzie organizacji punkowej — kolektywu fanzina „Chaos w mojej głowie”. Praca ma dać odpowiedź na pytanie, jakie idee subkultury punk lat 80. można zaobserwować w systemie wartości oraz w funkcjonowaniu współczesnej organizacji punkowej i które z tych idei mają szczególne znaczenie? Aby precyzyjnie zbadać temat użyto metody wywiadów swobodnych, które miały formę niestandaryzowaną i nieustrukturyzowaną. Wyniki ukazały, że dzisiejsza subkultura punk oraz badana organizacja współcześnie w małym stopniu nawiązują do wartości zrodzonych w „rdzennym punku”.

The presented topic concerns the analysis of the functioning of the punk subculture in contemporary organizations. The research was conducted on the example of a punk organization — the fanzine collective "Chaos w mojej głowie". The work is to answer the question, what ideas of the punk subculture of the 1980s can be observed in the system of values and in the functioning of contemporary punk organization and which of these ideas are of particular importance? To precisely examine the subject, the method of free interviews was used, which had a non-standardized and unstructured form. The results showed that today's punk subculture and the organization under study today, to a small extent, refer to the values born in the "core point".
