Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie oraz analiza zjawiska korupcji w Polsce. Praca zawiera definicję zagadnienia korupcji na płaszczyźnie legalnej, charakterystykę zjawiska korupcji, przedstawia prawnokarną reakcję na zjawisko korupcji oraz ukazuje instytucje powołane do walki z korupcją w Polsce.
The subject of this paper is the presentation and analysis of the phenomenon of corruption in Poland. The paper contains a definition of the problem of corruption at the legal level, the characteristics of the phenomenon of corruption, presents a criminal-law response to corruption and shows institutions set up to fight corruption in Poland.
