Characteristic of tourist movement on the trail Czarny Staw - Rysy in Tatra mountains

Rysy, będące najwyższym szczytem w całym łańcuchu tatrzańskim, na który prowadzi znakowany szlak turystyczny, na przestrzeni wieków stały się magnesem przyciągającym z roku na rok co raz więcej miłośników wysokogórskich wycieczek. Wchodzą tam zarówno osoby starsze jak i młodzież, mieszkańcy miast i wsi, doświadczeni turyści jak i osoby, które swoją przygodę z górami dopiero mają przed sobą. Warunki orograficzne, a także objęcie ścisłą ochroną tego rejonu Tatr Wysokich sprawiło, że dla amatorów pieszej turystyki górskiej, zdobycie wierzchołka Rysów z polskiej strony, możliwe jest tylko czerwonym szlakiem znad Czarnego Stawu. Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest dokonanie charakterystyki ruchu turystycznego na tym jednym z najpopularniejszych tatrzańskich szlaków. W pracy szczegółowo zostało opisane środowisko przyrodnicze Doliny Rybiego Potoku. Autor skupił się również na przedstawieniu historii i rozwoju turystyki w Tatrach Wysokich. Zasadniczą częścią tego opracowania jest szczegółowy opis prawidłowości ruchu turystycznego na badanym szlaku. Dzięki przeprowadzonym badaniom ankietowym możliwe było dokonanie opisu sylwetki turysty uprawiającego pieszą turystykę górską w rejonie Doliny Rybiego Potoku. Końcową część pracy stanowi prognoza rozwoju pieszej turystyki górskiej w Dolinie Rybiego Potoku w Tatrach Wysokich.

Rysy is the highest peak in the whole mountain-chain of Tatra, on which tourists can hike by the marked trail. Over the centuries it has become a tourist magnet, attracting every year more and more fans of high-altitude excursions. People from different groups go there: elderly and the young, urban and rural residents, experienced tourists and people who have their adventure in the mountains before them. Orographic conditions, as well as coverage of protected areas in this region of the High Tatras is made for lovers of high mountain trips. Getting the top of Rysy from the Polish side, is possible only by the red trail above the Czarny Staw. The main purpose of this study was to characterize tourist movement in the Tatra Mountains on one of the most popular trails. In this diploma work, natural environment of The Valley of Rybi Potok was described in detail. The author also focused on the presentation of the history and development of tourism in the High Tatras.The main part of this thesis is a detailed description of the regularity of tourism on the trail. From the research questionnaire, it was possible to describe the silhouette of a walking tourist cultivating mountaineering in the area of Valley of Rybi Potok. The final part of the work is the forecast of development of mountain hiking in the Valley of Rybi Potok in the High Tatras.
