Controlling as a modern system of management

W pracy magisterskiej przedstawiono pojęcie controllingu, jego zadania i funkcje. Opisano podstawowe rodzaje tego systemu zarządzania. Określono miejsce controllera w strukturze organizacji oraz jego zadania. Szczegółową uwagę zwrócono na zastosowanie controllingu w przedsiębiorstwie. W tym celu przedstawiono instrumentarium metody. Uzyskane wyniki teoretyczne zostały wykorzystane w wypracowaniu zalecenia dotyczących wdrożenia controllingu w przedsiębiorstwo BelAZ. Przeprowadzono badania ankietowe dotyczące sposobu postrzegania przez pracowników przedsiębiorstwa zmian zachodzących w firmie z wprowadzeniem systemu controllingu.

The master thesis presents the concept of controlling, its tasks and functions. There was described the basic types of this management system. There was determined the location of the controller in the organization structure and his tasks. Specific attention has been paid to the use of controlling in the enterprise. In this case was presented the methodology of the controlling. The obtained theoretical results were used in the preparation of a recommendation on the implementation of controlling in BelAZ. A survey was conducted on how employees perceive changes in the company with the introduction of a controlling system.
