Artykuł przybliża problematykę recepcji kina chińskiego w okresie PRL, zarówno kina realizowanego w Chińskiej Republice Ludowodemokratycznej jak i w Hongkongu. Z naciskiem położonym na filmy kung-fu, reprezentujące kulturę chińską w Polsce lat 70. i 80. W artykule omówiono również stan wiedzy filmoznawczej obejmującej problematykę kina chińskiego w polskim filmoznawstwie lat 1950. - 1989 do dziś.
Abstract in English
The article takes a closer look at the reception of Chinese cinema during the communist period, both cinema made in the People's Democratic Republic of China and in Hong Kong. With emphasis placed on kung-fu films, representing Chinese culture in Poland of the 1970s and 1980s. The article also discusses the state of film studies knowledge covering the issues of Chinese cinema in Polish film studies from 1950 to 1989 until today.
