Moja praca magisterska zagłębia się w krytyczną analizę wymogu rzeczywistego wykorzystania znaków towarowych w UE, gdy wykorzystanie to ma miejsce w Metawersum, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem oceny zakresu terytorialnego. Poprzez kompleksową analizę oraz badania empiryczne, eksploruję implikacje bezgranicznej natury Metawersum dla zakresu terytorialnego wymogu rzeczywistego wykorzystania.

Due to the growth of virtual worlds and the increasing presence of brands leveraging their trademarks in these virtual spaces, there is a recent interest towards the assessment on trademark use in the Metaverse. My master's thesis delves into the critical examination of the requirement of genuine use of trademarks in the EU, when the use takes place in the Metaverse, with a specific focus on assessing the territorial scope. Through comprehensive analysis and empirical research, I explore the implications of the borderless nature of the Metaverse for the territorial scope of the requirement of genuine use.
