Kodeks karny nie jest obojętny na katastrofę ekologiczną i pozwala ścigać sprawców przyczyniających się do jej rozmiarów. Zabójstwo Odry, bo tak należy o tym mówić - rzeka to nie tylko płynąca woda, ale ekosystem, miejsce życia zwierząt i roślin, które umierają najprawdopodobniej (stan wiedzy na 16.08.2022) wskutek dostania się do rzeki trującej substancji. The Criminal Code does not ignore ecological disasters and allows for the prosecution of those who contribute to their scale. The killing of the Oder - because that’s how it should be described. A river is not just flowing water; it is an ecosystem, a habitat for animals and plants that are dying, most likely (as of August 16, 2022) due to the introduction of a toxic substance into the water. The Criminal Code is not indifferent to ecological disasters and provides legal grounds for prosecuting those responsible for their extent.
