Niniejszy artykuł poświecony jest pojęciu stosunku administracyjnoprawnemu. Pojęcie to jest centralnym terminem siatki pojęciowej prawa administracyjnego. Stanowi jedno z tzw. pojęć-narzędzi (twórcą tego określenia jest F. Longchamps), czyli pewnego rodzaju konstrukcji myślowych, „za pomocą których systematyzuje się i interpretuje porządek prawny”. Autor dokonuje zwięzłej syntezy dotychczasowego dorobku polskiej doktryny prawa.
This paper is devoted to administrative realtion’s term. The term is a central element of semanting scope of administrative law. It its an instrument (as it was called by F. Longchamps) that serves as to systematize and interpret legal system. The autor presents distinctive charakteristics of the term worked out by the Polish legal doctrine so far.
