Support programmes for small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland.

Praca licencjacka poświęcona jest analizie programów wsparcia małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP) w Polsce. Małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa odgrywają kluczową rolę w gospodarce narodowej, wpływając na wzrost gospodarczy, zatrudnienie oraz innowacyjność. W pracy przedstawiono teoretyczne ujęcie przedsiębiorczości oraz omówiono różne czynniki, które wpływają na rozwój MŚP. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono programom wsparcia, zarówno na poziomie krajowym, jak i unijnym, w tym programowi „Horyzont Europa”. Analiza objęła także instytucjonalne i lokalne aspekty wsparcia, które przyczyniają się do zwiększenia konkurencyjności i zrównoważonego rozwoju MŚP w Polsce. Wnioski wskazują na istotność wsparcia dla rozwoju sektora MŚP oraz na konieczność dalszych działań w zakresie optymalizacji dostępnych narzędzi wsparcia.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the analysis of support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Poland. Small and medium-sized enterprises play a key role in the national economy, influencing economic growth, employment and innovation. The thesis presents a theoretical approach to entrepreneurship and discusses various factors that affect the development of SMEs. Particular attention is paid to support programs, both at the national and EU level, including the "Horizon Europe" program. The analysis also covers institutional and local aspects of support that contribute to increasing the competitiveness and sustainable development of SMEs in Poland. The conclusions indicate the importance of support for the development of the SME sector and the need for further actions in the field of optimizing the available support tools.
